Welcome, Columbia Grain team!

Origination Academy's Customer Management program was selected for implementation by the Columbia Grain management team and is a first-rate, 12-month intensive development program focused on customer management. The structure and execution of this particular program were thoughtfully designed for the Columbia Grain commercial team and includes two levels of workshops in addition to live monthly training sessions. 

Participants were selected by the management team and provided to the Origination Academy team for enrollment. If you have additional questions about your inclusion, please contact your manager for details.

You can access every scheduled LIVE training session using the same link, noted below. Every live training session is recorded and provided for you to watch on-demand, as your schedule allows. We aim to get replays and workshop pre-work the week following the live training session, which is one week prior to the interactive workshop.
